The marketing leaders at The Learning House formed a cross-functional committee, aptly named The Marketing Accelerators Team consisting of carefully chosen members ranging in disciplines from web and graphic design to analytics and brand management. Our mission? To brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute a new and innovative marketing initiative aimed at driving results.
The creative process
Collaborating with one of our university partners, The University of West Alabama, we crafted a strategy to enhance the student journey experience from application submission to acceptance (touchpoint A) and from acceptance to enrollment (touchpoint B). Our goal was to boost conversion rates while staying within the set cost-per-start budget.
For each touchpoint, we designed packages with university swag, a helpful “Next Steps” checklist, a celebratory “You’ve Been Accepted” print piece, and a personalized, handwritten note.
Over three terms, our initiative delivered exceptional results, increasing completed student application rates by 5% and achieving a 7% growth in the application-to-start ratio, all while maintaining a cost-effective approach and staying below budget.
Explore the packages below to uncover the elements that powered this successful marketing campaign!
